This place can't hear, can't read, and sure as hell can't do the job. Fellow customers..... skip this one!!! You would be happier to pack your own food. As of July 29th, 2025, I have learned that it's not only this location. It's ALL of them!!! Fast food ? NO!! 1/2 hour is the normal wait time. If you're lucky !!
I love coming here when making food at home just feels too lazy but everything has just gone downhill ever since they remodeled their interior the employees cannot see customers that need physical assistance and I’ve noticed a lot of people are upset from this. I’ve waiting personally myself 30 mins just to get assistance for a refill on a pop
The experience was terrible. Nobody at pay window so i pull to next window and get our drink with very little ice then they open window and say hey you havnt paid in a accusing manner (as my wallet is open on my lap and im in a jeep with no doors in plain sight) its a lrg order so i pay with a 100 and the lady is upset she has to check it. Then i ask for bbq sauce and ranch and the window girl huffs n puffs and rolls her eyes gets only bbq sauce and says the ranch is in bag.
