Smh... usually people don't read the reviews when they're in a hurry and need something quick, otherwise I wouldn't have come here! The drive thru was confusing at first because it was made out of caution cones due to the pavement being redone where it normally would have been. I don't come to McDonald's regularly so I don't really know what they have on their menu. On August 19, 2025, at around 3:30 PM, I went to the drive-thru and placed an order through the mobile app. The crew took my order but messed it up. When I got to the window, both the crew and the manager were rude. They did not know how to properly deal with customers or resolve the issue. People with that kind of attitude should not be working in customer service.
I don’t know, but I ordered my food online and try to pick it up and they gave my food away to whomever and when I ask for a refund, they wouldn’t give it to me
Food seem to be just thrown in the bag.(fries containers upside down in bag). Workers act like not wanting to be there.
