Very bad place. I came here a few days ago with my son and the entire play place is DIRTY!! There’s also random wet spots inside of the play place and all the seats and tables inside of there are really poorly cleaned. 1 star.
Workers there called me a gora while talking to each other about my order. I thought that was weird so I looked it up and its a word to describe white people negatively in Hindi. I will not be returning to this McDonald's again I grew up in this neighborhood and was visiting I am disgusted with what kitcher has become
Please teach the new staff how to use the pump on the Caramel bottles properly. Am getting tired of ordering Caramel ice coffees in the morning lately without even a hint of Caramel in there. This morning was especially bad, all ice, zero Caramel.
App said food was ready, but it was not. Guessing they have service metrics they are manipulating. Also, the place was empty the whole time I was there and the restaurant was dirty and no one seemed interested in cleaning it.
