Food was fine, fries and burgers were hot. Wait time was bad, at least 15 minutes for two happy meals. Garbages were overfull, pop machine was covered in sticky spilled pop, they didn't put any napkins in the happy meals, the ketchup pump was empty and it must've been for a while since all the ketchup packets were also gone. Super crowded. Last time I went, the manager or franchisee was here and it was much better. They brought stuff right to our table, we didn't even ask for table service, asked how things were tasting. Found out at 6am that our family dog has to be put down early in the morning unexpectedly as he is 11 years old and his health declined drastically over night. So I decided to rush over to McDonald's to get his fav cheat meal to give him a last fair well (cheeseburger) at 1030am just to get meet with staff that could careless about my situation and manager who decides to go on a rant about the process it takes to get one cheeseburger made.
