I do not usually complain nor post reviews, but this one has to be known and said. My daughter and I were at the sunrise center location in kitchener Sunday Aug 3 2025 at 934 am. We recieved our food at 953 am. It was the worse service I ever had. The store was busy, which is to be expected. It's breakfast time. That I can understand the long wait , which was 18 min exact.( My daughter ordered a breakfast sausage and bacon wrap, she recieved part breakfast wrap part chicken wrap with lettuce on it and put togther grossly. Anisha went above and beyond and rectified a situation that was created by DoorDash when they failed to provide what was ordered and gave cold food and dumped drinks. She offered to replace the order at no cost to me and stated that it wasn’t their first complaint about DoorDash but they would fix it and still give a refund
