Absolutely terrible service at this location. I placed an order for table service and entered my exact table number, but the employee delivered my food to a completely different table. By the time I realized, someone else had already touched my order, and the burger wrapper was completely wide open. On top of that, the table and bench were so gross and dirty that I had to clean them myself before even sitting down. Unprofessional staff who don't know the store layout and zero cleanliness. I have never felt so disappointed by a McDonald's location. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've had, and I won't be coming back. While I was placing my order at the self-service kiosk, my two young kids were playing and running around. I understand that children can be energetic, and if their behavior was becoming disruptive, I would have appreciated a staff member politely letting me know so I could handle the situation myself.
