I don't recommend coming here through a drive through. You can't see what they are doing behind the glass because they have some type of sticker on it.
I ordered 2 vanilla cones & when i was trying to make the payment it kept declining but the manager faith she was very kind & patient with us. If compared to other fast food stores, she provided us the best customer service just 15 mins before closing by helping us try our card again & make the payment instead of rushing things. Big shoutout to FAITH
DO NOT EAT HERE Waited for half an hour for a single nugget sauce, got yelled at when I asked 20 mins in and then was refused a fork and told to leave.
Ordered food during technology issue w their ordering system. TFWs don't really have the problem solving, language or communication skills to overcome these obstacles
"I went to pick up my order, and there was a girl at the front. I told her that I was there for my order, but she said they hadn’t even started making it yet. I waited for more than 20 minutes, and then she prepared the order but didn’t inform me. I kept waiting, and after 10 more minutes, she still didn’t ask if I was waiting for something. She was very unprofessional."
