Worst people working here no customer service skills at all.
I recently had an order issue and the GM quickly reached out and made good on a promise to make things right. All I can say is, I am happy, continue to remain a customer, and recommend this McDonald's location.
I went in the drive-thru to get a coffee. The car in front of me gave the coffee back to the lady because it was the wrong one. I get to the window and ask her is this the one you gave to the Man? she lied and said no I didn’t have time to go back inside because I had to go to work, but that wasn’t right you don’t do nothing like that you don’t take food back through the window to get back to someone else and What makes it worse she was the manager
Would be nice if they didn’t put my fries upside down in the bag… always something am I right. Not the first time something dumb like this has happened too🤦♂️
