It has gone downhill when I go it is in the evenings but much of the time frys are undercooked items are not added to the bag like condiments. You always have to ask for condiments now it seems. The chicken nuggets sometimes are not real crisp. Some Mcdonalds still do a good job but the two or three in this area seem to be missing the mark.

I went through the drive through and tried to order. He asked me my order and I gave it to him. No acknowledgement, was the. Just ignored. He asked again to take my order and I said I just gave you my order and he said ok and turned the speaker off so I pulled up. He said I didn’t give him my order and if I wanted anything I need to get back in line. I asked for the manager and he said he was. I asked for the store number and he said 76051. Poor customer service. I am a Dasher. On January 27th,I had a customer order food and the Manager on duty refused to make it even after I showed him the order and order number because it didn't pop up on his screen. I had the customer on the phone, I showed him the order, the order number and the address to THAT store I was sent to he was just saying no because, 10 minutes before closing they were shutting down.
