I have gone every morning for a while now and the morning crew is so unfriendly! I have a hard time drinking quick so I ask repeatedly for light ice so it doesn’t water down my drink that I pay $4 for as opposed to the usual $2 so I’m paying double for a drink that they refuse to get right. I literally just want my drink made correctly. I aske 3 times and when I paid they said it indeed had light ice. I received the best customer service today in the drive-thru by a young lady. She had the best, most chipper attitude. The food was great, and her personable attitude made my night.
