I went through the drive through and tried to order. He asked me my order and I gave it to him. No acknowledgement, was the. Just ignored. He asked again to take my order and I said I just gave you my order and he said ok and turned the speaker off so I pulled up. Poor customer service. I am a Dasher. On January 27th,I had a customer order food and the Manager on duty refused to make it even after I showed him the order and order number because it didn't pop up on his screen. I had the customer on the phone, I showed him the order, the order number and the address to THAT store I was sent to he was just saying no because, 10 minutes before closing they were shutting down.
