I waited 5 minutes for a crew member to help me at the front counter. One lady came to help me, asked what I wanted, I simply asked for another soy sauce packet, and then she walked away and continued on with her job. She probably forgot. Horrible customer service to those in the lobby.
Long wait and still fries were cold and soda had no carbonation. Almost always get parked in the drive-thru.
Was having more order taken he tells me to hold on then takes other peoples order and left me there silent for minutes I ask to talk to a manger so I do , she proceeds to tell me there nothing she can do terrible service never will eat here again
We stopped here thinking they would have some special Hawaiian menu items but they only have 1. A Tara pie instead of apple pie. The rest is an experience of anti-homelessness measures. Codes on the bathroom. Which they won't tell you. They walk you to it and enter the code. No one to take your order. Kiosk only. No drink station. Finally, they don't have free refills.... At a McDonald's.... Drive through is the only way I would ever suggest this place and don't expect anything interesting. 0/10. Would not recommend.
