I was there morning of 6/12/26, and ordered a medium vanilla iced coffee and asked for three pumps of vanilla syrup instead of four. (this is flavored sweetener) The cashier smirked at another employee and she acknowledged. The cashier then made a large vanilla iced coffee with 12 pumps of vanilla syrup! (A large is made with six pums of vanilla) Aside from total disrespect, these two clowns didn’t stop to consider blood sugar issues …I WON’T BE BACK
I was there about 1pm today 4/20/26 Monday It was horrible horrible service. I think she was duty manager with gray shirt on she doesn't know how to run the store was very rude and MEAN she shouldn't be duty manager and price was high compared other McDonald's. Check out all other reviews horrible I will not go back there again.
worst service, we were waiting for 2 $5 meals for 40 minutes, it was so filled since its valentines tomorrow and all the workers are taking their SWEET TIME on all the orders, mind you there was around 15 people in there also waiting for so long also while the workers were moving SO slow. matter fact they weren’t even calling out numbers or meals but just placing it on the counters for people to check in the bags to see if it’s theres. Dylan was so nice and kind to us. He has great costumer service. He should get a raise. Great job.
Instead of making new fries, they will just scoop up the stale old fries and put them back in the fryer. Dining area, is dirty, trashed and unappealing
