1 star is a stretch , i asked the young lady for a sausage egg and cheese McMuffin she kept tryna to tell me it was a McGriddle i was asking for. Once i told her no i want a McMuffin for the last time she looked at me as like i disrespected her, rolled her eyes , took a deep breath & closed the window with not a word and never came back . The customer service was very rude and unprofessional. It wasn’t busy at all. I ordered a caramel frappe and I guess I may have said the name incorrectly, but the employee immediately gave me an attitude for no reason. A simple misunderstanding shouldn’t result in a customer being treated rudely. Her attitude made the whole experience uncomfortable and disappointing. I expected much better customer service.

I witnessed an employee this morning whom I initially assumed was a janitor because he was mopping the floor when I walked in. He greeted every customer with a “good morning” as they came and went, and once he finished cleaning, he noticed an elderly woman struggling with the ordering kiosk and immediately stepped in to help her.
