An employee named johny at this location, seen an autistic man struggling to order. He gently approached him and assisted him through his order. He was kind and went above and beyond. His kindness is a light in a dark world.
It never fails that coming to this location there is something always left out of my bag! Also, please do better with training your people who take orders at the drive thru. I had to help a young man correct my order because obviously he was new and didn’t know how to add an item that I always get with my meal and he stated that he couldn’t do it, which was definitely possible, because they do it at other locations all each time, because I order the same thing.
