20-minute wait for 2 chicken biscuits and 2 hash browns is ridiculous. Slow customer service. Greasy, slippery floors. Dirty restroom. The people "working" there move like snails. Employees walking outside. Employees who are on the line doing food prep are texting on their phones with gloves that they use to make sandwiches.
