I am dissatisfied with our recent visit to this McDonalds. We placed a mobile order and I asked the lady at the first window if I should proceed to the 1st or 2nd pickup window (there were two pickup orders), and she said the second window (which had a big “two” over it). We proceeded to wait there for over 20 minutes for our food, which they apparently gave away to another person in the drive-through. I recently moved to this side of town. Love the McDonald's app as those who are on a limited budget can earn points and rewards for a free food by downloading the app on your Android or iOS app. Who wouldn't enjoy free food?
