I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. My order was made incorrectly, and when I brought it to their attention, the employee refused to fix it. I asked to speak with a manager, and the same person who made the mistake claimed they were the manager and still would not resolve the issue. There was no attempt to correct the order or offer any kind of customer service. Mistakes happen, but refusing to fix them and not providing proper management support is unacceptable.
