The worker Oscar was amazing,my mother kept calling him over(not to be rude but because she needed help) And everytime he came over he always had a smile and was happy to help,he was really nice and had a positive attitude,he was amazing, he deserves a raise or to just be recognized,the food was good and the place was really calm.
This was by far one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. My boyfriend and I came through the drive-thru, and our sauces were missing from the bag. He went inside to get the items that should have been included with our order, but he was ignored by two employees for at least five minutes. When someone finally acknowledged him, the employee at the front counter—a middle-aged Hispanic woman—was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
