They did not pick up the phone
Absolutely the worst experience ever. Waited 20 minutes just to get my order wrong the first time. Then another 15 to get my order wrong again. At that point I just took my food and left. I understand it’s mcdonald’s but how hard can it be.
It's rare that you don't have to wait for food. Even with a small order, nothing is ever ready. I don't know why they wouldn't have a constant flow of fries and burgers being cooked but they don't. What worse is that even with the wait, they'll still mess up the order. The food you do get is usually pretty good though. Plan on a 5-10 minute wait
