So I had two online orders and I said both of them at the speaker and they both came up and then when I pulled up to the food window they only gave me one of my orders and then they had to remake it and they said it would take 5 minutes and told me to park in spot 1 and when our food came out they didn’t have the drink nor the sauce either and it literally seemed like they just threw the fries in the bag and the order that we were waiting for it was large spicy snack wrap meal and we got the large drink but not a large fry d... read more
Took 20 minutes in the drive through to get a double cheeseburger and a chicken sandwich.
Ordered a 20 piece mcnugget, got in my car, drove all the way home and only then noticed that they put a 10pc, and 2 4pc in the bag. 10+4+4= 18, not 20. Severely dissapointed.
Ordered ahead on the app and still waited close to thirty minutes to get a meal for me, my husband and son. Sorry but that’s unacceptable for something that is supposed to be fast food. Edit: after we finally got our meal, I went to eat the fries and a hair was attached to one of them! Just go somewhere else for your fast food.
