This McDonald’s location has the worst customer service. They make you wait forever, forget sauces and items (once they even forgot my 3 cookies), and today I ordered a medium Land Shake. Since the machine was down, they offered me a replacement smoothie — but gave me a small instead of the medium I paid for. Not only was the size wrong, but the value of a small strawberry smoothie is not equal to the price of the milkshake. On top of that, they served someone else’s order before even starting mine. Three employees were standing and talking behind the counter. No one asked to help us. I placed my order at the kiosk and waited 10 minutes for two ice cream sundaes. However, 3 teenage boys walked in and were serviced immediately.
8/27/25 sat in drivethrough for nearly 20minutes. Holy crap. Literally the worst drive through ever.
Went thru drive thru-had to wait for quite awhile but my Diet Coke was delicious and the fries were hot.
