First time at this McDonald's. I wanted a mocha frappe. But, the girl said the machine was down again. Which this either means they don't like to clean it properly or who ever is fixing it needs to do a better job. So, I didn't get the one thing I really wanted. Then got to the 2nd window with one car in front of me who had to pull up. There were 2 other cars pulled off on the side. They asked me to pull to spot 3. I waited a good 15 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 medium fries. Wasn't a great 1st experience at this location.
It was somewhat noisy and difficult to hold a conversation. Food was ok but they didn't add enough condiments to our sandwiches. I would recommend taking more time at quality assurance.
They have a bunch of teenagers working there and everytime I go to get an order from there I’m either always missing HALF MY ORDER or waiting over AN HOUR to get small things. It’s ridiculous!
