Slow, dirty/sticky everywhere, not friendly service, food isn't great even by Mc D standard. Ive been sitting in drive thru for 20 mins as I write this.
They do not honor the McDonalds app and will charge you extra for things you order! Bait and switch. Fraudulent charges! This is an update about a year later. They are still the worst mcds in Utah. They will get your order wrong and good luck getting in contact for a refund. I literally went back three times to get the right order and they still got it wrong so I gave up. Also spending 30 mins in the drive through is rough. So do not go during lunch times because they can’t handle more than two cars in their drive through.
Slowest McDonald’s I have ever been to. Employees do not move with a purpose and seem to be unaware of what they should be doing. Where is the manager?
