Had breakfast and no matter what, when you order the hashbrowns they don’t ask you if you want ketchup but then when you don’t, it’s not in the bag —but when you ask for it, they say it’s in the bag; pthat’s the only thing they don’t have down to a science other than that we love McDonald’s on St. George Boulevard.
It's not a restaurant, it's an assembly line and I'd expect factory workers to be more affable. These kiosk only businesses will always fall short in customer service unless there's a cashier who greets you and is cheerfully willing to help you order or even willing to actually take your order (I know - old fashioned, but it's worked since at least the Roman Empire).
