No vengan a este McDonald’s. Hoy vi cómo una manager le gritó a una conductora de Uber Eats que simplemente estaba haciendo su trabajo. Me dio mucha pena porque parecía una adolescente muy desconcertada. Lamentablemente, no es la primera vez que veo a esa manager tratar así a las personas. Incluso a mí, cuando fui a comer, también me gritó de una forma muy grosera. Creo que nadie merece ser tratado con esa falta de respeto.
Don’t waste your time coming to this McDonald’s. The manager is extremely rude, aggressive, and disrespectful. She yelled at my child and treated us very poorly. I also witnessed her gossiping with other employees and speaking badly about Uber delivery drivers who were simply doing their jobs. Instead of taking responsibility for her own mistakes, she blamed everyone else. If she can’t treat customers and employees with respect, she shouldn’t be working in customer service.
