I am writing to express my frustration regarding an order pickup at McDonald’s. The employee insisted that I mark the order as “received” in front of her, which made me feel accused and treated as if I intended to steal the order. While I understand that there may be issues with order theft, it is not acceptable to assume or project that suspicion onto other customers. This experience was uncomfortable and unprofessional. I hope this feedback is taken seriously.
