Takes too long to regularly get the order wrong. Drove an extra 15 minutes to get the bacon I ordered for her to toss my first one cause "it was cold" now, and ask me to wait for a new one without any offer of a drink or anything. Now the patties are pathetically small. This is a double cheeseburger. Done with this place.

February 23rd 2026 at 8:53 a.m. To the manager that we're not leaving alone to the point I had to go wait in between the doors for my order. I did not mean to confuse you by asking if you wanted to reuse my small cup. I know people feel a certain way when they get confused- apologies. But don't shout at me across the lobby when I'm trying to just leave the situation and wait for my food.

I absolutely HATE this McDonald’s location. No matter the time of day you go, it’s always busy yet they serve cold refried soggy fries. The burgers are mad greasy and the mc chickens are cold. I haven’t eaten at this location or any McDonald’s for 6mos. And here I am today, the literal same reason I stopped. We don’t eat this crap very often but when we’re busy and running errands and don’t plan very well, we end up in this drive thru. I think anyone who thinks highly of this location is delusional.
