Nice McD and good food but very busy lunchtime long waits and lost orders. No receipts at kiosks. Drive thru seems to keep them too busy. Most of the crew are very professional. A couple are rowdy and loud. Why was there screaming in the back today, it was scary.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at McDonalds. Never walk inside to order and never order on the kiosks. I wanted to grab my brother some McDonald’s and walked in to place an order on the kiosk. It didn’t give me a receipt and the employee told me there’s nothing they can do I just have to wait and look at which order is mine. Three people have already requested a refund because they’ve been waiting for over 30 min for their food. This place is run by a bunch of people who don’t know what they’re doing. The food is never fresh and they are always having excuses for everything being wrong. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION the lack of customer service and poor communication is not worth it especially when they sit and stair at you like they don’t see you. IDK GET SOME WORK DONE?!?!
