Let me preface this review by stating that I used to work at a restaurant and a step further, I managed the restaurant for over 2 years. Our experience at this McDonald’s tonight was horrible, and if I could leave a review with 0 stars I absolutely would. We placed our order through the app at 8:17pm. The lady with the dollar store eye lashes is rude. Asked for a new cup cause she placed it top down on a dirty counter and wanna ask “you put your mouf on the cup” yea I eat ice and even if I didn’t I don’t want your food partials in my drink like some kids backwash. Surprised the food was right considering I’ve gotten the wrong food more than once on her “watch”! First rule of your job is professionalism and you have absolutely 0 of that.
This McDonalds need to be burned to the ground. 30-45 mins for food no matter how or where you order it from. Employees fighting and cussing and arguing with one another right in front of you. Good luck.
