This location is the absolute worst!! I'm not sure why I went back to this McDonald's after experiencing something at the beginning of this year I was having a memorial service for my daughter and we decided to get sausage McMuffins with cheese no egg and hash browns for everyone helping to set up I ordered 26 McMuffins and hash browns and about 14 caramel frappes and about four regular coffees my total was $75 and some change when I got the McMuffins they had egg and no cheese I went back through the drive-thru in the Mexic... read more
This is the worst McDonald's location in Hayward. Two months ago, I had to wait a minute at the drive-thru pick-up window while the employee had their back turned talking to a co-worker. Tonight, I broke my promise to never return to that location because an app exclusive deal worked there and not another location. This is the best McDonald’s in Hayward. They love their job. The place is always clean. The food is always fresh and the workers work as a team. I love this location they always make their food is fresh!! Cindy is such a Queen! She knows Mc Donald’s policies and puts customers first! So grateful for Cindy’s kindness as well as professionalism! Love love love this location!!!!
