Disorganized. Poor customer service.
Security all around and very clean. Felt safe which is always the number one priority.
I dont go to McDonald's especially downtown.
8/2/26 @ 6:30 p.m. Machine to order wasn’t accepting payment so I had to print receipt & pay at register. That took an extra 10 min. Floor was filthy & so were the tables. My food was hot. But my Coke tasted like medicine. I thought I was mistakenly given Diet. Returned & it still tasted bad.
