Its a McDonalds, you dont go in expecting excellence. The food is 3 star because... its McDonalds. 3 stars is their soft ceiling. The staff are always great, even when their ice cream machine is constantly down.
Fries are always completely absent of salt and the service is slow and bad. I watched the employees in the drive thru hand me the same food that the customer in front of me had just handed back. Complete ignorance of hygiene and food safety.
This location always seems to prove me right there ALWAYS forgetting something I was like ill give them a shot again shit well im missing couple items per usual... AGAIN. The line is long and im not getting back in. And still waiting of a 35$ refund from months ago this McDonald's is a joke
This place can't be serious. I've been sitting in the drive thru for 30 mins and when I get to the window, the guy in the drive thru is talking to a person across the parking lot. Unprofessional. And they didn't even get my order right. Ridiculous.
