I went through the drive thru and received old hard fries, cold nuggets and no sauce. when I spend 20 bucks on food I expect it to not be so crappy. I was told to pull ahead to wait 15 for FRIES!! I will never go back to this location. I'd rather go across town where ADULTS work who aren't standing around goofing off. they weren't busy at all. I'm going to be calling tomorrow to talk to a manager.
I will never return to this particular McDonald's. We ordered 3 kids meals. one was a cheeseburger ONLY KETCHUP. We got home only to find that her cheeseburger had EVERYTHING on it. I ordered a BACON mcgriddle, only to find out that they gave me sausage. I also ordered a large Carmel frappe only to be told that they were out. But when I got to the window to receive my food they were making THREE small Carmel frappes. never again. This place is ridiculous.
Can they be any slower? My order was wrong again. Slow and incorrect...when will I learn??
Horrible I have no idea why I keep coming here.
went here at 8:30pm and the lobby was closed because they already counted the registers. not even actual restaurants close until 9pm or later. open 24hrs my foot.
Literally mess up my order every single time . Then when I get it "fixed" they mess it up again . ALWAYS
