This place is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. What makes the employees think they are worth anything more than minimum wage is beyond me!
This establishment deserves negative stars. Don't waste your time or money.
Horrible service! Waited in line 5 minutes just to place an order and nothing. One vehicle already moved out of line from waiting. Pulled up to the first window and the employee was having an in depth conversation with a customer. Waited another five minutes still nothing. Just kept talking. Never acknowledged the cars waiting. again they messed up on an order the burger was just supposed to have lettuce pickle and ketchup and they put mustard on it too
Raw burger and stale fries
You need better workers at this location. Father in law ordered his food. Of course, missing food. He went back and explained to the lady what he was missing. One lady went back to get the missing food. Came back and just threw the food on the counter. No apology, no nothing, just walked off. Trashy workers don't help your business.
south green street again refused to serve hamburgers at 2am. breakfast only. talked to general manager once before. breakfast only is to start at 4am per corporate web sight and according to instructions from general manager. why would I order breakfast if I can get anytime.
Ordered 2 cokes. I got 2 large fries. Daughters happy meal had coin wraper in box. Manager on duty just gave me cokes. So i still had to pay for the 2 large fries i didnt order.
Waited in the drive through for twenty minutes only to receive cold food. Not to mention the girl at the second window had her mouth so full of food she could only muffle out a thank you. I guess I should be glad she said anything at all. 😳🙄
