We got here just as they were switching over to lunch. It took almost 3 minutes to get our food. The burgers were cold. They gave us the wrong drinks.
Literally roaches running around and asked 4 times for my mcflurry to be made. Manager is clearly the reason the store is the way it is, just rude and could care less.
The McCafe machine has been down 2 days in a row. 6/10/19. Down again. Both drive-thru window employees didn't speak single word to me. 10/3/19. I have been waiting in the drive through line for 30 minutes. I wish this was an eggageration... Still waiting... 20 minutes since I ordered my food, and I'm still at the pay window. 10/9/26. They messed up our order. Again. If you don't check your bag before you leave, you'll 100% be coming back.
