THEY DON'T COOK THEIR MEAT
Walked in to let the wife and son use the restrooms and then place an order to go....the wife walked out behind an employee that didnt wash her hands and walked straight back into the kitchen area. Needless to say we walked out the door and drove across the interstate to get Whataburger instead. These employees want $15/hr but cant even wash their hands first?? I'll take my business and money elsewhere.
Cashiers were telling customers to use the self-serve kiosks. With 4 in our group, it was taking too long to find the food we wanted to enter. Meanwhile, if we had stayed in line to order several people who had been behind us had already ordered with the cashier. We went back to the cashier, our group of 4 ordered, but when another another family member (5th in our group) tried to order right after us, the cashier said she was closed and it was kiosks only. The new technology for ordering and the process has some issues. I started by giving positive feedback to add a drink type only to to be recused by an employee—she was a supervisor’s daughter. I expect no meaningful change. This location has a history of messing up orders but this was the straw. Thank goodness we have another location in town that has great service.
