I will never visit this place again. The service is the worst. I never get a combo so when I order I always make it clear 'sandwich only please'. Last night the reply was 'we don't serve sandwiches only burgers'. I guess wiseass is part of the job description now.
This place is horrible longest line ever! Do not waste your time GO TO WHATABURGER
2nd time I stopped here for to go order. I drive 2 minutes down the road. Food was barely room temperature. Opened the quarter pounder with cheese and the cheese wasn't even melted. The fries were completely white, hardly cooked and way too much salt. You should hire adults but of course no self respecting adult would work for you
RecommendedReally nice and professional staff and super, super nice manager at this location. On occasion it gets busy because of its location, but the order is quick and correct. I have been here a few times for drinks, and I would come again. Enjoy!!
Business response:
That's what I like to hear! 💕
there was some white boy that works there with a “one deep” tattoo on his arm, was so rude and annoying, nobody was at the window to pay so we drove up & hes like “i need money bro” & we said “well there was no one at the window” & he replies “yeah well im here now; what do you expect me to give you the food for free” like learn how to talk to people if y’all are gonna be ghetto and not have someone at the window to pay!
Recommendedquick bite to eat for today..
RecommendedGreat service at the drivethru
the location at 806 N. Austin Ave is not able to open on time regularly and they blame employees who don't show up. thos is a common occurrence.
