Speed up the service!!! It is suppose to be fast food. I have to always pull off to the side for 2 sandwich's and fries,take's an extra 10 minutes atleast!

I usually don't write poor review's but after last nights catastrophe I'm not not Lovin it at all !! Wendy's or Burger King #1 As a customer I felt like I was having them go out of their way just to take my order. Not going back.
I went through the drive thru around 1145 and it took way to long having two lanes. The person that took my order got it wrong but took it anyway cause i didn't want to wait anymore. I go to other McDonald's and they are much faster.
The service was fine and it was clean but I didn't appreciate being aproched by druggies asking for money or lighters and then the druggies circling the cars in the parking lot. Future advice def make sure your car is locked up and kids close
One of two fast foods that were open while waiting on Hurricane Irma. Precise, fast, best service! Long lines but perfectly orchestrated.
First time I went inside since the renovation, it looked good. However, the staff need to spend more time cleaning up after customers. The catsup dispense, had mounds of catsup on the counter, was disgusting. Others tossed coffee on the soda over spilled tray. Tables weren't cleaned, had to ask. Generally people with poor training from their parents are to blame for the way they treat establishments, and are rude and disrespectful.
It's not often I eat fast food so when I do it's a bit of a treat. The past 4 times ive come here my order has been wrong. This morning was the last straw. I ordered 2 burritos. They were RAW. RAW. Everything was cold the cheese wasn't melted, the sausage was ice cold. I don't know who is in charge over there but you need to reevaluate your staff. I don't usually leave bad reviews but how hard is it to make a cup of coffee.. First the person at the window wanted to lie and say they don't sell French vanilla coffee, so I had to break it down and tell them 1med coffee, 5 French vanilla syrup/spritz plus 5 creamers and 3 sugars... Which is printed and stuck on the cup BUT some how they STILL GOT IT WRONG!! First off why lie? Second how hard is it to follow the printed instructions?
