Wish I could attach my video here. Just went through the drive thru and it was literally 10 mins for me to get the food I ordered. Terrible service.(ordered at 3:29 and food brought to car at 3:39)
nasty roaches and its dirty
This place is totally disgusting!!! I found a huge roach in my ice coffee this morning. This place needs to be shut down!!!

People who worked here were rude. i got yelled at by workers because I asked what mocha tasted like.
first time ever having a mcrib. the amount of sauce is ridiculous. one bite and sauce oozes out. presentation is gross.

So this is the apparently the new standard at McDonalds on 54 and Seven Springs in New Port Richey. After the girl told me it’s how their machine does it.... I went in to show the manager and he was like “what that’s how it is supposed to be.” Before tax this was $3.39. And they feel it’s okay to give less then a full cup.... Not okay. #neveragain
