Not only was everyone incredibly helpful with their knowledge and experience but I truly felt welcomed the moment I began speaking with someone. Michael, Brad, and especially Charles took very good care of me by making sure I understood every step of the process, making me feel like I could ask questions, and enthusiastically welcoming me to the Toyota family. After a nightmare experience with another dealer, I needed them, and I could not be happier with my new Prius. If you want a new car, go to Ehrlich.
