Please for the love of all things holy go elsewhere for purchase and service. We paid cash for a 2016 Durango less than 6 months ago. Also purchased their warranty. Since then it’s been in 6 times for repairs each time not covered under their warranty. We’ve put less than 5k miles on it so we’re obviously not the problem. Not to mention the 3.5 hours I waited for an oil change. Or the appointment I had for repairs at 8 am that should only “take 2-3 hours”, got a call at 15:45 and they had just looked at it and decided there ... read more
