I have had many bad experiences with them but the most recent I went to get my oil changed (yesterday) as my car is certified and I got back into my car and someone left a wrapper from cookies they ate in my car. Very unprofessional. I’m done using this dealership.

total throttle body, spark plugs and a filter went out 6 months after buying my car. Because I bought my car with cash I didn't have warranty and the financial department refused to help me. As a single mom of two and durring a pandemic this was a disappointment. $890.00 later my car is fixed but not by Toyota!

All employees I have ever worked with at Ehrlich go above and beyond in looking out for my best interests based on my needs! I’d really like to give a shout out to Jess with finance as she saved me a lot of heartache and money by really explaining all of my options to me! And... I love my car!
Dylan and Zac in the service department were amazing!!! I took my Tundra in shortly after I purchased it from another dealership for oil leaks. Dylan and Zac kept me informed of all progress on my truck. Even found that the water pump was starting to go. He recommended that we replace this since it was already torn down. Great customer service these two young gentlemen provided to a lady who loves her truck. I would totally recommend this place.
