This is my everyday McDonald’s and I never have issues. Constantly getting the orders right when I order through the app and everyone is friendly.
Waited 15+ minutes for a mobile order at the counter.
This location is supposed to be opened until midnight during the week. Multiple occasions I order on the app way before midnight and then I get here and they said they’re already closed and I said well your app is still allowing people to open so maybe your manager should turn it off? “oh the manager that was supposed to close isn’t here tonight.” And now I’m here because it’s the closest mcDs to where I was and they messed up my no mustard no pickle burger. Second time I’ve been here recently where I arrived with a mobile order at 7:20 AM (they open at 7 AM) Only to hear “we aint open. food not done yet” OK so why are the post hours 7AM? SAD!!!
