I waited for 30-40 minutes and still didn't get my food. Everyone else had already picked up their orders, but I placed my order through the app ahead of time. People who came in after me got their food faster than me. I contacted customer service twice but no one answered me, and they were really rude. I'm so angry and upset. I never want to go to this place again.
Went to the drive through at 11:30 PM on a Saturday, was told they were “only doing doordash and uber eats” and that I couldn’t order some fries and a snack wrap. Never heard of something so stupid. Won’t be going back.
One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to dinning area was dirty table where filthy managerwas definitely not control of her staff she was cursing while customers where around I was one of them 4 pm 5/8/ 26 so you know the date and time just definitely need help all around
I have to wait for my order for a long time. My foods and drinks taste old.
