This location absolutely sucks. Issues every time I’ve been here, large fries was 1/3 filled with barely cooked fries how do you mess up fries

Me and my mom come here all the time, typically we have an OK experience every time we come but today was outstanding!! The worker with a bow tie working at the drive through window, chased us across the parking lot, just so we didn't leave without our fries! He Is an amazing worker and deserves a raise!!

I have a child who hates cheese, so I specifically asked for a hamburger with just ketchup and pickle. But somehow it ended up showing American cheese on the screen, so I asked if he would remove it. He said he did, and that there would be no cheese. I even mentioned that my daughter just can’t do cheese. I was very kind and friendly about it, as I know I’m making a special request. When we got the food, we literally got a slice of cheese, a pickle, and ketchup, no patty?!?! So weird. Who would want that?? I was in a rush so... read more

Ordered burger with cheese for my grandson and when we arrived home there was no cheese, even though tag on the burger noted cheese.
