I don't understand why but this McDonald's consistently delivers old and cold food. If it wasn't convenient I wouldn't go here but I think I'm done. I wait 8 minutes for a sandwich that is obviously been sitting for over 30 minutes on the warmer. And when it's brought to me it's actually cold. This has happened over half the time that I go there.
30 minutes for 6-piece nugget meal! Ordered through the app, pulled up through the drive thru. Got our drink and was asked to pull to the side. 10 Minutes later nothing. Went inside they said they couldn't find the order. 25 minutes later they gave us the meal and asked if we wanted ice cream cones for our patience. We said yes, she went to get them or at least we thought. Waited another 5 minutes she never came back. We tried to call out but I guess they can't hear anyone from the lobby. McDonald’s decided they would close early tonight just cause they felt like it! Waste of my time, energy, and gas. When I asked how to get a refund on my online order I was told to just deal with it online!
