Every time I go through there drive thru they mess up my order some how. Tonight I go thru hoping to get the new chocolate shamrock shake and I get something that looks like they left sit on the counter with all the chocolate grit sitting on the bottom of my cup there is next to no shamrock shake and then it's topped with vanilla .... I feel like I waste my money every time I come here...
Maybe if they increased the wages to the same level as college graduates or people that have been working for 40+ years the service would improve ? At least according to Liberals.
The shitty service and old food they serve is a direct reflection of the trash that lives in this town.
Thank you once again for scewing up a one item drive thru order. I ordered an UNSWEET iced tea, it appeared on the screen correctly and also asked at the pick up window if it were UNSWEET and was assured it was..guess what? It isn't, can't drink it. Do you ever get orders right?
Stopped in tonight for dinner late. Worse mistake! Fries were way to salty to eat, burgers were poorly put together with hardly any toppings, buns were stale, wrong buns for the burgers, just a nightmare. $30 worth of food in the trash! Next time we will drive Hagerstown or frederick! Only giving one star because I have to when writing a review!
