Drive through hasn’t moved in 12 minutes… still waiting for my curbside pickup order.. I have watched people just standing at the window doing nothing… they aren’t even smiling at the guest as they are coming to the window. This place has really went down hill. This will be the second time I have to call and remind them that I am waiting on my order.

I used to have a positive review, defending this location against an angry customer I witnessed the manager handle well, but the staff has changed and the location has gone in the dumps. I understand its McDonalds and not a 5 star restaurant, but this place is so bad it gives fast food a bad name.
The window when grabbing your food the young lady there named danielle didnt say a word to us, not even a smile. I thought i heard her say something after getting the last thing but she was already turned away and walking away. It was not busy or anything.
