The worst service, slowest drive thru, rude people
This place couldn’t get an order completely right if you gave them billboards on the side of a highway. Gave them one more chance after staying away and they’re still a mess.
just spent 20 minutes in an empty drive thru waiting for a slushier, my pregnant wife and 4 year old waiteded in a 90 degree parking lot while I went in to discover that my food was sitting ice cold on the counter waiting for a slushier, they also missed my son's apple juice and my French fries. when I told the manager he did nothing but refund the cold food and tell me to have a nice day. this is the worst fast food place I've ever seen hands down
My french fries are NEVER hot. Not even lukewarm. I live less than 5 minutes away there is no reason for this.
The new design of the place is pure chaos. If the purpose of the new design was to deter customers, to drive them away, then they succeeded. They eliminated most of their parking spaces and most of the order lines inside, forcing people to form a long line clear into the dining area where people are trying to eat. Worst McDonalds ever.
Service sucks!!! You can give it a new look but it still doesn't help the service. Been waiting 20 minutes and the mangers comes out with an order and it's the car that that that parked behind me. And she took my receipt and still is not back with my order. When she Finally comes back with my order I get home I'm still missing food
Almost 20 minutes for food, forgot my coffee. Customers are constantly going to register cause they are missing food. The whole crew this morning looked completely clueless as to what they were doing.
