front desk lady rude and careless about patients
I was fairly nervous about having a molar extracted and at my consult Dr. Jaeger explained everything very clearly. I could not have asked for a better experience when the tooth was removed. He was gentle and kind, talked me through and was very quick. I also have to say that his assistant Kristen, was so comforting and helpful, she was just the right person to reassure me. All in all, I highly recommend them!
