I was fairly nervous about having a molar extracted and at my consult Dr. Jaeger explained everything very clearly. I could not have asked for a better experience when the tooth was removed. He was gentle and kind, talked me through and was very quick. I also have to say that his assistant Kristen, was so comforting and helpful, she was just the right person to reassure me. All in all, I highly recommend them!
I was so pleased with the office personnel, nurses and of course Dr Manus. He is so nice and friendly and above all so good in his profession. I trust him completely.
Bob was amazed at the cost of your service. He's 90, and can remember having a tooth pulled in 1948 for $20. He longs for the days of our youth when living wasn't such a financial worry. When your near 90, living on Social Security, a bill like yours is very tough for us. We have to go to our kids for a loan against the value of our house, which doesn't make us feel very good. At least your job was well done and I am healing quickly.
Thank you for listening to my plea for help and going ahead and extracting my tooth. Your professionalism throughout your office is exceptional and Dr. McDonald, I have not had a bit of pain!!! THANK YOU.
Dr. Jaeger and the staff at McDonald and Manus were wonderful. The consultation was informative and any questions or concerns we had were addressed immediately. I would absolutely recommend using this group.
I believe it’s 8 implant procedures I’ve had performed by Dr. Manus. I would recommend him without hesitating. The whole staff is great.
I was kept waiting for an hour. When I finally saw the doctor, I was told this was only a consultation. I was very put out as I had imposed on my son to bring me If i had known, I would have walked out.
Dr. Jaeger did an excellent job explaining the procedure to my 17 year old son. He was patient with him and allowed him time to ask questions. I liked that he spoke directly to my son (instead of just me) allowing my son to feel comfortable and cared for.
My 82 year old mother was a patient of Dr. McDonald and needed an implant. We started the process about a year ago and unfortunately the implant was not successful, due to her age and bone grafts (not the fault of provider) Dr. McDonald was extremely friendly and empathetic. The only problem that I had was with Kelly, who was the "office coordinator". Initially, we dealt with her regarding the procedure and cost.
