Let's start with the runaround you get on the automated system before you even get to a person. Don't have a complication weeks after because they will refuse to help you. And from the reviews im seeing i shouldn't be surprised at all.

I’ve been seeing Tanya for 3 years now, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. I’ve battled eczema my whole life, and she has always gone above and beyond to help me find solutions that work for me. She was especially thoughtful and attentive during my pregnancy and while breastfeeding, making sure I felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way.
