Impossible to get through on the phone. Called several times to get an estimate on some work, each time I listened to hold music for 6+ minutes before giving up.

Went in for an airbag recall. At first I was told it would be 1 hr, then on the day of they said 3 hours. It ended up taking 7 hours. On my drive home my car died 3 times. Never had an issue with my car before. Subaru said if they caused it, they would fix it and would give me a loner car the next day (which would be a Saturday) and take my car back. aside from tinting services, because I tried calling other dealerships, and this is the only subaru dealership that’ll do tints on your car, hermiston subaru does seem to offer tint services, but limited on what they’re actually willing to tint, but nonetheless they offer it, I might have to start going there instead, even if it’s more time to get there, because here they play with your time.
