I heard this dealership and service department scams people out of their money. Good to know so i wont do business with any of their dealerships
The service department is VERY un-responsive, they do not return calls. They do not communicate with clients, don’t get the vehicle fixed first time round. Makes it very unlikely I will ever purchase another Cadillac or Gm product as long as I have to deal with this type of service. Might as well be a debt collector. Same type of response. Call leave messages, no call back. Call tell them you will wait and get transferred with many rings then voice mail. Call back no answer at all. Unbelievable.
Very rude customer service. I will never recommend this place.
