I called McCuiston roofing for a repair estimate. They sent an employee who would not go into the attic or up a ladder to analyze the situation. The employee headed to the truck and I approached the truck to ask why he was leaving without providing an estimate. He claimed over and over to not understand his boss. I called the boss. HE claimed that the wrong person was sent out to size up the job and that all jobs would cost a baseline of $489.00 for repair.
