We understand your frustrations. We actually have been to the residence a total of 3 times with only 1 trip charge applied as a courtesy. We did attempt to address the misunderstanding of the warranty coverage (parts/labor are covered, but trip charges are not paid by the manufacturer, according to the owner's manual that was given upon purchase). The 13 posts were removed due to the excessive nature. We would be more than happy to calmly discuss this issue, as we pride ourselves on treating our customers with respect.
I had a great experience buying a used vehicle from Andrew and Cory. I got top dollar for a trade, and the transaction was flawless. I would recommend and definitely buy from McCrocklin Ford again! Thank you!
