If they service your vehicle be sure you check everything they said they did. My wife took in her new Chrysler Pacifica we just bought from them to be serviced because the fluid levels were low. I came home from work, took a look under the hood to see NONE of the fluid levels topped off! After a wasted trip for this TERRIBLE service I'm not sure I have much trust in McCrocklin Ford!!!

Gray Nelson is by far one of the best salesman there. Just because he didn’t have perfect credit or a ton of money to put down didn’t mean he couldn’t help us. He told us he would help us anyway possible and that’s exactly what he did. We drove away in a brand new car because of the hard work he put in. Definitely will be referring people to Gray Nelson and the Autofarm Team.
