After a terrible experience with another shop, I had my car towed to McCray Nissan Subaru. Service Advisor Ken Gordon treated me with honesty and went above and beyond to get my car fixed right. I was kept informed the whole way and felt truly valued as a customer. Scott Chritton also took the time to discuss options for a possible second car for my girlfriend, which was greatly appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish.
