After a terrible experience with another shop, I had my car towed to McCray Nissan Subaru. Service Advisor Ken Gordon treated me with honesty and went above and beyond to get my car fixed right. I was kept informed the whole way and felt truly valued as a customer. Scott Chritton also took the time to discuss options for a possible second car for my girlfriend, which was greatly appreciated. Excellent service from start to finish.

The salesman I worked with was low key - no stereotypical fast-talk or manipulation that is still surprisingly common on a car lot. He was knowledgeable and helpful, and even spent some time shooting the breeze after I'd stopped checking out the cars. On my second visit, with a more solid idea of what I wanted, we found exactly the right car on the lot and took it for a test drive.
