I want to start with saying Dr, Heera Dar is one of the best Dr I ever had, however the one of the receptionist in the front was rude but now they have fixed up. I feel The pharmacy is a scam. Ive been getting my pills from other locations for years and they always billed my insurance and I have never paid a dime, but ive used their pharmacy twice and every time they have charged me $25. Great experience with Dr. Heerah Dar
The staff here, especially the lady in front who identified herself as Bibi, is the most rude and somewhat illiterate staff member. My fiancé called her for a letter of absence from Dr. Seema. She told my fiancé to walk in the next day. When we arrived, this lady booked us with another doctor, Heera, who directly told us that she was not able to write the letter as my fiancé is not her patient, which is absolutely correct.
