The techs we have had have always been good. However the new management for our last checkup doubled the bill. Sent the payment and the holiday slowed the mail. Everyday my husband's phone got a text for payment. I called today 1/5 and she said the mail had not been checked since last Wednesday. Our check was in that mail. We will no longer use McCormicks, we will find someone in Lincoln. And I will no longer recommend them.
