We took my mom to dinner before a show at the Benedum during their happy hour. Everything was phenomenal! The oysters were delicious and my mom raved about the coconut shrimp. We’ll definitely be back!
Excellent happy hour food and drink prices when you sit at the bar. Not a place for quiet conversation, but that's to be expected at a bar. The truffle fries are good for $3, blue cheese burger and fries for $7 & the chicken quesadilla is good too.

I had never been to this McCormick and Schmicks before so I wanted to try it out for Pittsburgh Restaurant Week. I had been to the South Side location before but not the downtown location. It was a Sunday and not very busy. The service was great and so was the food. I had the blackened swordfish and I loved it. I ate every bite. The appetizer, Poke Tuna Rice Bowl, was equally delicious. Overall, a great experience with great food and service. I would go back.
